MOUNTED AREPAS

Almíbar: Ham, soft queso blanco and tropical sweet guava cubes topped with mint.

Bogotá: Marinated chicken breast mixed with our traditional hogao sauce.

Caleña: Marinated grilled shrimp mixed with crispy green plantain sautéed in a delicious garlic and plum

tomato sauce. (add 2)

Medellín: Smooth rice-beans mix, Colombian chorizo in hogao sauce.

Llanera: Caramelized chunks of lean beef mixed with onions, sautéed in our own chimichurri sauce, and topped

with avocado slices. (add 1)

Santander: Caramelized Colombian chorizo mixed with nutty garbanzo beans sautéed in

a caramelized onion and plum tomato sauce.

Tolima: Caramelized chunks of lean pork mixed with earthy gandul beans, sautéed in our homemade recaito sauce.

AREPA VEGETARIANA

Boyacá (V): Eggplant, mushroom, sundried tomatoes sautéed in sofrito sauce.

PuntaVerde-GPT (V): Pesto-infused organic tofu, crisp sesame string beans topped with sesame seeds.

Cordillera (V): Tasty cargamanto beans mixed with crispy green plantain and our traditional hogao sauce; all topped with freshly-grated queso blanco.
